YES! Our site is 100% secure with encrypted technology. No one can gain access to your personal information.

Do you have products that are not listed on your website?
YES! We have literally thousands of products in stock – far too many to put up on our site. So if there is something special you are looking for and can't find it on the site, please e-mail or call.

Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our items are made for us in Egypt. However, we have also included products made in India, Turkey, Philippines, Nepal, China, USA and Canada. If the country of origin is especially important to you and is not specified in the description, please e-mail.

Is any of my personal information given to other companies?
NO! We DO NOT give out or sell any personal information – EVER!

What type of payments do you accept?
For credit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also accept money orders and bank drafts. Once a money order or draft is received in our office, your merchandise will be shipped. If you prefer to pay by personal cheque, there will be a slight delay until the cheque has cleared.

Of course! We have a toll free number that works from Canada or the United States. Contact us at 1-866-836-2869 Monday – Friday 10-5 MST. If there is no one in the office, just leave a message and we will call you back.
How long have you been in business?
Son of the Pharaoh was started in 1990 by Carol Card and Emad Adly (husband and wife team). We presently have 2 stores located in Calgary, Alberta and our secure website.

I am interested in wholesale – do you offer that?
YES! For qualified resellers or merchants, we can offer wholesale prices. Please contact Carol Card for information at 403-289-5395, 1-866-836-2869 or e-mail. Just a note, the website is not equipped to handle wholesale purchases. These must be ordered directly with Carol Card.
